Maximum Occupancy: The house accommodates a maximum of 10 guests, strictly enforced by the township. Age Requirement: Guests must be 25 years or older. Guest Registration: All guests must be registered at the office with a list of names, addresses, and phone numbers provided 10 days prior to check-in. Badges for Amenities: 6 complimentary badges are included with your booking for amenity access. Children under 5 years old do not require a badge. Fireworks Prohibition: Fireworks are strictly prohibited. Trash Disposal: Trash must be disposed of in the dumpster near Mill Pond Townhome before check-out to avoid community fines. Do not leave garbage outside to prevent attracting rodents and wild animals. Pet Policy (if explicit request granted): Dogs must be registered during booking with a pet fee. Dogs must be crated if left alone in the house. Dogs must be on a leash at all times when outside and are not allowed on furniture. Clean up after your dog to avoid a $200 clean-up fee.
